Matrix Engineering can fabricate weldments in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Galvanised Steel, and assemble structures from Extruded Aluminium profiles. Food/Beverage piping and wash-down conduit drops can also be fabricated in Stainless Steel.
Matrix Engineering have multiple 3D printers. We can offer builds with dimensions up to 197 x 215 x 200mm, layer profile as low as 0.06mm. With multi-extruder heads we can print support material in PVA which then dissolves in water, allowing for large overhangs and complicated prints. We keep stock of multiple colours and materials including PLA, ABS, and Nylon.
